- 1950 - Curry started building post-frame buildings (pole barns) out of round poles, and are still building post-frame buildings today

- 2012 - Dave Nally and Wayne Hochstetler new owners [4]
- 2018 - Current owner, David Nally announced that he is selling the business to Craig Cox, owner of Springhill Construction in Dundee and the building division will operate from Dundee, Ohio. The lumberyard will close. [5]
