Established in 1987 with three tractors hauling plastics for Rubbermaid Incorporated in Wooster, Ohio.

Quick Facts

• 1990 -- Began warehousing truck parts for Volvo GM Heavy Truck. D+S managed operations in Ohio and surrounding states.
• 1995 -- HMH Transportation was purchased by D+S. Also, the first newly constructed facility was built in Wooster, Ohio.
• 2000 -- Developed it’s proprietary Warehouse Management System.
• 2001 -- Mansfield, Ohio warehouse operations were initiated.
• 2002 -- Opened transportation & warehouse facilities in the Columbus, Ohio area.
• 2003 -- Opened warehouse facility in Cleveland, Ohio at the IX Center, next to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
• 2008 -- Purchased a retired manufacturing building in Wooster, Ohio and a retail value-added support business, Daniel Logistics in Columbus, Ohio.
