- Hereafter the furniture and undertaking business of H. B. Christine, or Christine Brothers, will be known as Christine & Danford. Mr. Christine has for some time been looking for a person to whom he could sell an interest in, the establishment owing to the fact that the business has grown to such an extent that he found it impossible to look after all the details and management, and feeling satisfied that in Mr. J. H. B. Danford he ahs found the man of whom he was looking, took the gentleman in as a partner.
Mr. Danford comes to Wooster most highly recommended. He was for a number of years engaged in the furniture and undertaking business at Pleasant City, Ohio, and holds a certificate in class A from the State board, indicating that he is thoroughly competent to act as a funeral director. Mr. Danford and wife have come to Wooster to make the city their home, and if appearances go for anything, we believe that they will prove themselves, valued additions to our population.
It is the hope of the new firm to continue its former great reputation in the furniture and undertaking business in Wooster and the county. The stock fo furniture will be kept complete and up to date as possible in every. While the equipment for undertaking is large and fully up to requirements, yet it is the intention of the new firm to at once add a very handsome and modernly constructed funeral car. It is the hope of Messrs. Christine & Danford to so conduct the business as to return the patronage of the ____________.
