located at 127 Mill Street was previously located on Lot 29 in Burbank. On 10 Jun 1845, Lot 29 in the village of Burbank was deeded to trustees Andrew Zuver, Henry Zuver, Charles Young, Jeremiah Hower, John W. Adams, George Brinkman & Christian Hower from John Naftzger, Jr., Wayne County Land Deeds, Vol. 28, pg. 359.

  • 1871 - Methodist Church built, "costing nearly $14,000, and the finest structure of the town. In it was the "old town clock" of which no other town in Northern Ohio of its size could boast". [1]
  • 1894 - Fire destroyed church. "Only the Bible and organ were saved from the church." [2]
