Historical Information[edit | edit source]

John Naftzger laid out the the plans for Bridgeport (Burbank) in 1844. The town was renamed Burbank due to confusion with a Bridgeport on the Ohio River. The first official meetig held as the Village of Burbank was in January of 1869.[1]
