Beginning 8 May 2013, one of our library volunteers, Ralph, undertook the task of digitally clipping newspaper articles pertaining to Wayne County, Ohio residents and World War II. Two years later, he finished digitizing the images and began the task of creating an everyname index to those individuals listed in the newspaper clippings.
