- 1864 - D. C. Curry joined the company
- 1867 - Fall, Father and three sons formed partnership and purchased the lumber yard and planing mill of Stibbs & Co
- 1874 - Partnership with James Curry (father) and three oldest sons (John R., D.C. and Welling) dissolved; Company named D. C. Curry & Company after son (North Street, Wooster)
- 1876 - February 4, Planing Mill destroyed by fire at 1:04 PM
- 1878 - May 10, Fire Planing Mill reported by Young's Brewery
- 1885 - January 29 Fire
- 1887 - April 13 Fire
- 1887 - Purchased machinery and leased building formerly occupied by James Curry & Sons (East Liberty Street, Wooster)
- 1889 - Rebuilt on their old site on North Street, Wooster
- 1901 - June 20, the D. C. Curry Lumber Company was incorporated in Ohio
- 1921 - Moved to W. Henry St., Wooster, Ohio
- 1950 - Curry started building post-frame buildings (pole barns) out of round poles, and are still building post-frame buildings today
