The Arrow Oil Company were the owners of the old Wooster Food Manufacturing and Grain Company elevator site. In 1929, Arrow Oil Company sold the property to the Shreve Farmers Equity Company. The Shreve Farmers Equity Company had plans to raze the site immediately.
