Many early Wayne County, Ohio apprenticeships are found in volume 5 of the Wayne County, Ohio Land Deeds. An abstract was compiled by the Genealogical Section of the Wayne County Historical Society and published in the newsletter titled, Our Wayne County Heritage in No. 1, Page 7 (n.d.); No. 2, Page 15 (n.d.); and No. 3, Page 23 (March 1974). A searchable index will be forthcoming.
